Things I learned on the 22-date tour in promotion of my first album:
-Music clubs are never nice with the lights on
-Not killing your band is harder than just killing your band
-Band names are weird: in just one night I opened for both Desiring Dead Flesh and Human Juicebox
-Playing a show with no one in the audience is just called band practice
-It's easier to buy new boxers than to wash them
Here's what I'm up to these days. You can listen to everything at griffinrobillard.com
It was nice when American Songwriter wrote an article about my first album Cracks in the Ceiling.
Below are some of my favorite photos from touring.
Caption for all: America is a big, strange place.
